Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Ottsy (ottsy.io), a virtual office made by Cool Brands ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Ottsy.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account, and you need an invite from the workspace's owner or an admin, unless the workspace lets in everyone with an email address at its own domain.
• Invites are personal. Don't share your invite link or your account.
• The workspace owner and admins decide who can join, what role each member has, and can remove members at any time.

Using Ottsy

Use Ottsy for your team's work and be kind to the people in it. In particular, don't:

• post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
• record, capture or share other people's voice, video or screen without their permission;
• upload malware, or try to break into, overload or get around the security of Ottsy;
• use Ottsy to send spam or to collect information about other people.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Your content

You own what you post: messages, files, the rooms you name and the things you build. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people in your workspace, only as needed to run Ottsy. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

The service

We work to keep Ottsy running well, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Ottsy.

Ending

You can stop using Ottsy at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in the privacy policy. A workspace owner or admin can remove your access.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using Ottsy after a change, you accept the new terms.
